Today in this video, we’ll do a yoga session together to help relax your body, stretch your muscles, and feel every part of yourself. The first exercise is Child’s Pose. Kneel down, either keeping your knees together or slightly apart. Stretch your arms forward and lower your forehead to the floor. Relax your body, allow your chest to sink toward the ground, and try to touch it to the floor. This pose helps open up your shoulder blades, relax your back muscles, and improve posture.
Next, we’ll stretch the leg while lying on our side. Lie on your side, extend one leg, and carefully bring it toward your head. Try not to bend your knee, and if needed, assist with your hand. This exercise effectively stretches the back of your thigh and the inner parts of your legs. Deep breathing will help you relax further and enhance the stretch.
Now let’s move on to Butterfly Pose. Sit on your mat, bring your feet together, and pull them close to your pelvis. Try to lower your knees toward the ground. Gently bounce your knees up and down. If this is easy for you, lean forward with a straight back. This pose helps open the hips and stretches the inner thighs.
That’s the end of our yoga session. The next pose is lunges. Bend one leg and stretch the other, keeping the knee straight, and make gentle pulses. This helps stretch the inner thighs and improves flexibility. For a middle split, perform slowly on each leg, keeping your back straight and breathing deeply.
